firenzeats🇺🇸 What about pasta for dessert? Well this dessert was though as a primo, with its chocolate staffed cappellacci served in a "ragú" sauce prepared with blackberries and and the fresh touch of the mint. The filling of pears, the dough and the sauce were a brilliant composition 🇮🇹 che ne pensate di un primo come dolce?? Il @konnubio ci ha fatto assaggiare dei cappellacci di cioccolato servito in una salsa "ragù" preparato con delle more è un tocco fresco di menta! Buon appetito ragazzi! 😉
